Barium Contrast Radiography: dilated oesophagus, stomach
with tubular form and reduced calibre. Permeable pylorus.
Tranzit baritat: esofag dilatat, stomac de formă tubulară,
cu calibru redus. Pilor permeabil.
Surgical Specimen: (total gastrectomy with omentectomy
and limphadenectomy): stomach with reduced calibre with much thicken wall,
especially in lenght of the great curvature.
Piesa operatorie (gastrectomie totală complexă cu omentectomie
și limfadenectomie): stomac cu calibru redus cu perete mult îngroșat, în
special de a lungul marii curburi.
Endogastric Aspect: the mucous with a small number of pleats,
parallel, much thicken, with zones without pleats.
Aspect endogastric: mucoasa cu număr redus de pliuri, paralele,
mult îngroșate, cu zone lipsite de pliuri.
